Dr. Marcel Faßbender has been advising international companies and public clients on complex contract and infrastructure projects for over twenty years.
His career path led from contract management of major railway projects at Bombardier Transportation – with responsibility for project volumes of up to €3.5 billion annually – to the founding of his own international law firm with offices in Switzerland and Germany. He is a proven specialist in negotiation and claim management, public tenders, risk management, and leading international project teams. In Switzerland, he also gained public attention through his work in connection with the Brazilian ShareWood investments, where he represents the interests of over 1,000 clients.

She is a partner in law firms in Meilen (ZH) and Konstanz and represents clients in both German and Swiss legal systems. In Germany, she is admitted to practice before all local, regional, and higher regional courts; in Switzerland, she is registered as a lawyer in the Canton of Zurich.
A particular focus of her work lies in the enforcement of international claims and the execution of foreign judgments in Switzerland. According to the firm, she has already handled over 1,000 cases in this area. Her practice includes, in particular, debt enforcement proceedings, attachment proceedings, summary proceedings for the opening of legal proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, and legal support for further enforcement steps in Switzerland.
